Methods 15 patients ( 27 eyes) with congenital cataract were involved. 3 mm sclera tunnel incision was done. Phacoemulcification was performed combined with 5 mm anterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and 4 mm PCCC.

方法15例（27眼）1岁以下先天性白内障患儿，采用3mm巩膜隧道切口，连续环形撕除晶状体前囊膜5mm，超声乳化注吸器吸出晶状体皮质，连续环形撕除后囊膜4mm。
