Methods: 80 extracted human teeth with single root were prepared using Profile rotary instruments, stainless steel ( SS) RT hands files, shaper sonic files, ultrasonic K files and filled with traditional lateral condensation and warm gutta percha lateral condensation respectively.

方法：本实验采用机动镍钛器械Profile、手用不锈钢器械、声波及超声波器械预备80颗人单根管离体牙后，分别以传统侧压和热侧压充填根管。

The result indicated that the irritation of the MPU 03 material on periapical tissue was less than the root canal sealer and Gutta percha ( P < 0.01).

结果显示：MPU－03材料对根尖周组织的刺激性明显轻于常规的糊剂牙胶尖充填材料（P＜0.01）。
