METHODS: By means of the bioM é rieux sa France Bacterial Diagnosing System ( ATB), we analyzed the Gram-negative bacilli's medical sensitivity through the phlegm germiculture and the medical sensitivity's test on 206 patients with their lungs infected.

Result: there was no postoperative incision infection among all patients of the two groups. And there was no statistic difference in urine routine, Addis cell counting and germiculture on the third and the seventh postoperative day among them ( P> 0.05).

[结果]两组患儿术后切口均无感染，第3天、第7天尿常规、Addis细胞计数、细菌培养结果异常发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
