Quality of life in the patients with Cushing's syndrome and its influencing factors

The relationship between sex, age, anemia, hypertension, Raynaud ′ s phenomenon, vasculitis, renal involvement, anticardiolipin antibodies ( ACL), Cushing syndrome, glucocorticosteroid dosage, immunosuppresive agents and AVN of bone was analysed.

分析性别、年龄、贫血、高血压、雷诺现象、血管炎、肾脏受累、抗磷脂抗体、柯兴征以及糖皮质激素用量和免疫抑制剂的应用与AVN发生的关系。

Results The follow-up time was from 4 months to 3 years. All patients ′ symptoms of Cushing syndrome were relieved in 6 months after operation. The endocrine exam was normal in one case and obvious improved in the other four cases.

结果随访4个月～3年，所有患者在术后6个月内柯兴综合征的临床症状均缓解，内分泌检查结果1例正常，另4例较术前有明显改善但仍高于正常范围。
