Objective To study the value of keratoplasties with long-term cryopreserved corneas.

目的探讨深低温长期保存角膜在临床角膜移植术中的应用价值。

Partial penetrating keratoplasties were done in 37 rabbits ( 37 eyes) with the preserved cornea. The grafts remained transparent for a minimum of < 1 days to a maximum of over one year with 7 grafts remaining transparent over 30 days.

用保存角膜行部分穿透角膜移植，观察37只兔（37只眼），植片保持透明最短时间为4d，30d以上者7只眼，最长者达1年以上。

The corneas preserved by desiccation for 10-57 days were used in penetrating keratoplasties in 9 eyes of the monkeys, with transparent healing in 3 eyes, semitransparent in 2 eyes while opaque in 4 eyes.

作者以干燥保存10～57d的猴眼角膜用于猴眼穿透角膜移植，观察9只猴眼中，透明愈合3眼，半透明2眼，混浊4眼。
