In this paper, preparation and optically stimulated luminescence of the electron trapping optical storage material were studied. Rare earth elements doped CaS, SrS and CaSrS were prepared by carbon-powder atmosphere reducing method ( CARM) and carbon-powder direct reducing method ( CDRM) respectively.
