Methods Eighty animal models were made. In animal models of heterotopic heart transplantation from Wistar to SD rats, we improved greatly on donor cardiectomy, heparinization of recipient, preparation of celiac vessel, vascular anastomosis, myocardial perfusion and protection.

方法：制作80例Wistar SD大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植动物模型，在供心的切取、受体的肝素化、腹腔血管的准备、心肌的灌注和保护及血管的吻合上有较多的改进。

Of the 5 patients, 2 underwent the interpositional vessel graft between portal vein trunk and superior mesenteric vein due to portal vein thrombosis and 3 had that between donor celiac artery and recipient abdominal aorta because the hepatic artery was too thin.

术中行血管架桥5例，其中因门静脉闭锁及栓塞行供肝门静脉与受体肠系膜上静脉间架桥2例，因动脉变异分支细小不能利用行供肝腹腔干与受体腹主动脉间架桥3例。
